If you receive an error message saying that the certificate code has already been deposited and you are certain that the AAdvantage miles are not in your account, please contact AAdvantage Customer Service at 800-882-8880 between the weekday hours of 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Central Time, 7:30 – 7:00 on Saturday, or 10:30 – 7:30 on Sunday.
