Start by referring to the Terms and Conditions link found at the bottom of each page of the orderAAmiles(SM) site. Section 10 and 11 of the AAdvantage Participation Agreement refers to language concerning approval from American Airlines of promotional materials and graphic standards.
When your company or organization participates in the American Airlines AAdvantage® program, you may use the AAdvantage trademarks to market your mileage offer with prior approval from American Airlines.
- Simply design your marketing materials which feature and describe your mileage offer.
- Send to all copy to orderaamiles@aa.com and the AAdvantage Business Development team will coordinate the review of your marketing materials for AA marks usage. Please allow ten business days to receive required edits/approval regarding the usage of American Airlines and or AAdvantage marks in your marketing materials.
- If changes are required for your marketing materials please return revised marketing materials to orderaamiles@aa.com incorporating the required changes and allow five business days to receive approval or feedback.
- Place your marketing in your normal advertising channels.
When requesting copy approval, if you require the American Airlines AAdvantage® logo, please advise, and the orderAAmiles(SM) program team will provide the appropriate file format.
