Please note that only user accounts with Administrator access have privileges to create a new user account. Perform the following steps to create a new user account:
1. Login with your username and password.
2. Click 'Your Account' link in the upper right hand corner of the dashboard.
3. You will see a table containing all user accounts
4. Click 'Review' next to the account you wish to view or edit
5. You will see a page containing the detailed information on the selected account. If you wish to edit any of the data change the values in the text box.
5. Click the 'Save' button to save any changes made or 'Cancel' to return to the previous page without saving.
